If the NAS is on the same network as the computers, I suggest you forget about ReadyCloud all together. It adds an unnecessary layer to the interface when remote access is not required.
Just access it like you would any other server on your network, directly or as a mapped drive. I find it generally works more consistently using the IP address instead of the NAS name. Of course, if you are gong to use the address, you will want to reserve an address for it in your router so it remains the same if there is a power or other interruption.
