RR2304, LAN access disabled when I switch on Ready Cloud

I have been using my NAS as a LAN storage solution and it works really well, I am just about to open a new office so I thought I would use the ready cloud so my employees can access our drive remotel...

I am trying to check these items, at the moment it is saying the device is offline even though I can access the files and folders!
