I resolved this problem with change MBR/NTFS partition type to GPT/NTFS.
Seagate Expansion manufactured with MBR/NTFS type.
But ReadyNAS cannot recognize MBR partition type with > 2TB.
Windows Disk Manager can easily change MBR disk partition type to GPT.
