I found the site slow too. It took me multiple tries to download it but it eventually downloaded fully. The zip file is 6.2MB (6442824 Bytes) in size. I get a md5 hash of dbdc90a8c0685a1b4a62fb8b5898d5e2 though if you can unzip the downloaded file then it's downloaded successfully.
My disks are CC32 and I don't have a PC to use so I haven't done the update.
