I have 4 in a PRO. Some of these are refurbished (had some failures when I had them in PCs).
One has 1 reallocated sector, a second has 2 spin retries, a third has 1 reallocated sector and 6 spin retries. The fourth is totally clean. I am keeping a close eye on them, and if any of them gets much worse I will replace them with something else (probably a 3 TB drive).
The PRO is regularly backed up - of course you should not depend on RAID alone, no matter what drives you use.
