Setup issues with RN10200 Ready NAS
My current version is 1.13 and it says this is the final version.
Logging into the https://readycloud.netgear.com website, my drive is discoverable ( I was able to power it up and connect it to the router) but when I try to do the Setup with ReadyCloud, it gives me an error that says:
ReadyCLOUD temporarily lost communication with your storage system. Would you like to try again?
Hitting yes does nothing. I read that sometimes it's better to try the Offline Installation, but when I try to that,
it asks me for the username and password to log into 192.168.1.146
I read in the manual that it is "admin" and "password" but it will not accept these credentials.
I tried to reset the NAS by holding down the button on the back of the device, but I'm not even sure that worked.
I have no ideas how to proceed and I bought this over 90 days ago but didn't set it up in that time so I can't even call the support number.
I need help, and if you'd be incredibly detailed on your suggestions, that would be appreciated.

The boot menu instructions are here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22892/~/how-do-i-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-readynas-102,-202,-212-or-312%3F
An OS Re-install would reset the admin password.

I did actually find that and it did help, however, I'm stuck again. It still won't let me activate readycloud, and it won't let me update past firmware 6.19 even when I tried downloading the firmware from the website directly and feeding it to the updater.
Additionally, copying files to the drive is extremely slow. It takes about 30 minutes to even add 1 gb to the drive, making it virtually unusable.

ReadyCLOUD was added in 6.2.0 and now 6.5.0 or later is required to use it.
Have you seen this article?: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29974/~/readynas-os-6%3A-rn100%2Frn2120-cannot-update-due-to-invalid-checksum
Have you tried updating to 6.2.5 (the first step)?
Have you loaded data onto this unit yet?
