SFP+ network card

is it possible / supported to add a SFP+ network card into a ReadyNAS 628X?

Hello HendrikH,

As of the moment ReadyNAS 628X does not support SFP+ however this can be considered as a feature request and I would recommend to raise this to the Idea Exchange board of ReadyNAS. Adding a kudos would help and if the post does gather a lot of kudos Netgear may consider adding it in the future.

  Given the statistics on the idea page I'm hoewever not really optimistic on this having much impact. Only 2 ideas, that were posted in 2015, got marked as implemented.
