How to share inbuild Home Folder With other user.

If you are trying to share the Home folder using the admin page you will not be able to achieve that. Home folders are intended for it's owners only and only the admin account can view those folders, sharing is not going to be possible on the private home folders.
If you are comfortable using SSH, there may be users who can advise on how to share the private home folders. This procedure though is not supported by NETGEAR.

While that can be done, I don't recommend it. It could create issues down the road.
A better solution is simply not to use the home folders. You can essentially disable the feature by disabling SMB on the home folder in the admin web ui.
Then create shares instead (but don't use the account name as the share name). You can then use the network access controls of those shares to restrict access as you wish.
BTW, changing the upper/lower case of the share vs. user name will also cause problems. So stick with something with more difference, like "User1Folder" for "User1".
