Not really for this thread, but yes as long as all of the IP addresses are within the same subnet, plugging the ReadyNAS into either the router or the FS116 switch should be visible to any computer on your network. I would suggest looking into replacing that FS116 with a gigabit ethernet switch to possibly give yourself some more bandwidth with the pretty good number of systems that you have, as well as maximizing the available bandwidth of the ReadyNAS.
