Shared folder not visible
Shared folders are not visible in ready NAS but we able to access client machine need some body help here
We unable login to putty

What ReadyNAS model, which firmware version, and what clients you wanted to use to access the shared folders? Curious what for you think you need to make use of putty for.

Is this the 3312? Or a different NAS model?
Are you able to log into the NAS web UI?
Was SSH access enabled for the NAS?

This also can be due to folder permission issues please try to reset the permission once and check for the folder visibility.
