Share folders are not visible in the web interface ReadyNAS 316 Firmware: 6.10.3

Hello dear community,
I have a problem that a folder can only be accessed through Windows Explorer
\\ x.x.x.x \ "Share name" \ can be seen, but not via the web interface!
Does anyone have any idea? :-)

Plex Media became active, but it was also edited for a while, and the folders were under,
Now I don't see any folders and snapshots are gone too.
Disk space has not been decided, luckily the data is still there.

Firmware: 6.10.3

6x 3 TB all on green.

    Is it possible that this is a private home folder, and not a public share?

     

    If it was in the share list before, then is is a public share.

    If the name matches a NAS user account name (including admin), then it is a private home folder.

      Thanks for your answer, my problem is that I have deliberately not made any changes to the system and shares.
      I am logged in as an admin and have full access rights.
      Only the folders are no longer visible. See the screenshot
