Share folders are not visible in the web interface ReadyNAS 316 Firmware: 6.10.3
Hello dear community,
I have a problem that a folder can only be accessed through Windows Explorer
\\ x.x.x.x \ "Share name" \ can be seen, but not via the web interface!
Does anyone have any idea? :-)
Plex Media became active, but it was also edited for a while, and the folders were under,
Now I don't see any folders and snapshots are gone too.
Disk space has not been decided, luckily the data is still there.
Firmware: 6.10.3
6x 3 TB all on green.
Thanks in advance.
greeting
Sergei

Is it possible that this is a private home folder, and not a public share?
If it was in the share list before, then is is a public share.
If the name matches a NAS user account name (including admin), then it is a private home folder.

It would be wise to make a backup.
After that, you could try running the script here: https://gitlab.codycook.us/readynas-scripts/share_lun_ui_fix.sh
That will require you to enable ssh access on the NAS. Log in as root using the NAS admin password.
