SMART disk errors or NO SMART disk errors?
I got an email this morning (generated 4 a.m.) from my ReadyNAS NV that said reallocated sector count on disk 1 has increased from 227 to 228. I've never received an error notice for this drive befor...
Actually you a right. I got the enclosure and 4xCaviar Green drives simultaneously from the same supplier. Disks 1, 2 and 3 have been replaced (Disk 3 with a Caviar Black I purchased) and my configuration is now:

Disk 2 WDC WD20EARS-00MVWB0 1862 GB , 33 C / 91 F , Write-cache ON OK
Disk 3 WDC WD2002FAEX-007BA0 1862 GB , 37 C / 98 F , Write-cache ON OK
Disk 4 WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0 1862 GB , 29 C / 84 F , Write-cache ON OK
So looks like the supplier has been sending me incompatible drives as RMA replacements. I will swap out DISK 1 and run the tools, thanks.
