Hello Installed this today SO-DIMM 1GB DDR PC2700 333MHZ CRUCIAL FOR READYNAS DUO NV+ and its running fine in my Readynas Duo RND200.
OK. Well, thanks PB. I can't put my finger on the posts I read where folks said it made a significant difference--maybe indeed it was speculation on their part and not tested/proven, or was based on an assumption involving Rsync and its memory requirements.
I was merely challenging your statement that a memory upgrade was only needed if lotsa apps were being run--didn't mean to make any further work for you! ;)
