The 2TB Seagate NAS drive is model ST2000VN000 ($118 at Amazon). If you decide that you don't need a NAS drive, the 2TB desktop drive I'd recommend is the ST2000DM001 ($86 from Amazon).
For 4TB drives (you'll have to add two of them to increase your RAID array size by 4TB), the model numbers are ST4000VN000 ($200) and ST4000DM001 ($162).
If it matters to you (it wouldn't to me), the ST2000DM001 is the only one of those four that is on Netgear's Ultra 4 Plus Hardware Compatibility List.
