ST3000DM001-9YN166 causing problems
Hello Folks,
I have (6) of the above drives, all with firmware above CC4H. I upgraded my NAS a while ago from 1.5TB drives and I have had continual issues with my NAS rebooting out of the blue and then having to rebuild the array. There are no logs that I can see anywhere that tell me what the error is.
Should I just open a case with Netgear support, or has anyone seen/heard anything like this? Once again - my readynas pro (business edition) has been rock solid stable until I put these 3.0TB drives in.
Thanks,
Matt

- OOM-9NETGEAR ExpertI would open a support case. You are welcome to posting the case number once you get one.
There is just a bit of information with issues related to the drives. - mathewbeallAspirantI don't see a link to open a case - is there just a call in number for that?
Matt - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredGo to my.NetGear.com and open a case there.
Or if within 90 days of purchase (or if have a current ProSupport contract) give NetGear tech support a call.
