The OS partition is almost full which is why you get that message. Do you have any third-party apps installed on your ReadyNAS?
It will be best for you to contact NETGEAR Support so they can assist you in freeing up space on the OS partition.
If SSH is enabled on the NAS and if you are comfortable in accessing it via SSH, you can access it that way to investigate it further. You may seek advice from the other Community members when you decide to go to that route.
