Ultra 4 Plus - Memory Upgrade
I am still running a Ultra 4 Plus and I'm looking to upgrade the memory from the 1 GB stock. From what little information I can find the Ultra 4 Plus uses DDR2 memory but I'm unclear if the maximum amount of memory supported is 2 GB or 4 GB. Do anybody know? Also, is there a specific memory model number I should look for, etc?

Here's a thread regarding advice on upgrading Memory.
As mentioned, Ultra 4 plus is not supported anymore so you need to keep the old RAM in case of any issues you may encounter.
