My Ultra 4 has been working perfectly for some time but today It suddenly became unresponsive and disappeared off the network. It did not show up in Raidar and I could not access the admin screen via...
That theory went out of the window as the system failed when it was relocated to its normal environment. Seems it does not like the switch it is connected to. Now trying a factory re-set to see if that solves the problem.
