Ultra 4+ vs Pro 4 / Any new products on the horizon?

The big difference is the warranty - 5 years for the pro, only 3 (I think) for the ultra 4+
Secure rsync backup (rsync over ssh) and ethernet teaming support are other differences.

The pro 4 is in the business category, the ultra 4+ is in the home/prosumer category.
I have no idea what Netgear's plans are, but given the closeness of CES, you might want to google on any Netgear announcements there.
