Ultra4 and disk change
Hi
This has happened tree times.
Disc-2 was dead, took out the disc and replaced it with a new. The Ultra started with resync. When finished, the disc-2 was set to spare and disc-3 was dead.
For two weeks ago disc-4 was dead and replaced it with a new, and got same problems, one disc was set to spare and another was set to dead. I then had to set the ultra to factory default and copy all data to the ultra from Jottacloud. It took several days.
Is it problem with the ultra or is it something I do wrong?

Hi,
This is not normal behaviour as you can tell. Are all your disks ok? Paste the latest disk log please if you wouldn't mind.
Thanks

Hi
Yes the new disc is ok. Disc-2 was dead and replaced with the new. Disc-1, Disc-3 and Disc-4 are green and ok
It says: No logs exist.
When trying to download all logs i got:
<payload>Empty No Support</payload>
I took the ultra down and restartet it again. Now are disc-2 in resync again, disc-1, 3 and 4 green. I have to wait 6-7 hours to see if disc-2 goes to spare and disc-3 t dead.
