Yeah it should be seeing as to how you have to take the tray out for 2.5" drives. It's really a nifty system over screws but realistically you're not constantly taking and removing and installing drives so the little bit extra time to use a screwdriver over the slider tray isn't that big of a deal. Only thing I cringe at is those who shear the middle nub off the tray. Yes it works but later on when drives end up having those holes again it's going to stink as you can't put them back on (unless you have plastic weld and a clean break!)

Me too. Taking out the guide and using screws is much better.
