ReadyNas 102 WD Red 8TB

I have been using 2 WD Red 3TB drives with no issues in my ReadyNAS 102.  Time to upgrade.  I purchaced 2 WD easystore 8TB desktop drives, which come with a WD Red 8TB drive. Prior to removing the drive from the case, I powered them up to make sure they worked, and they do.

My problem is the NAS won't power up.  The NAS starts then shuts down, starts then shuts down, over and over.  I can power up with one drive, but not both drives.  What I do notice is on the Power Supply cord, that blue light will start to dim when starting, which it doesn't do when powering up the 3TB drives.

I'm running the latest firmware, and the WD Red 8TB drives are approved.

Sounds like a power supply issue, but looking for comments from the community.  If it is a power supply, where can I get a new one.

Thanks in Advance.

    SOLVED:

The 2 WD 8TB Red drives were preformatted.  There is fine print that states the NAS will not start if the drives are preformatted.  The solution was to do a Factory Default boot with only one drive installed.  Once that's reformatted, then add the second drive and sync them up (Raid-1).  Sync time was about 24 hours.
