Unable to access shared folder on RN214, folder disappeared

Hi,

 

I am experiencing similar issues as 'Suires' https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/Unable-to-access-ReadyNAS-104-All-folders-disappeared/m-p/1237859#M125845

Unfortunately the solution was not published, so I have no idea how you fixed this. I am looking for a shared folder that is called SERIES on SERIES harddisk, all I see is that the home folder is still there, and obviously that the disk is quite full, but can't access the data... any ideas?

    Did you also get warnings/errors about the root partition being full?

    You may download the NAS system logs then provide it to us. We will check why you are not able to see your share folders. You can upload the logs to Google Drive then PM me the download link.
