unknown remote root user access

My devices seem to be constantly active. Even a shutdown request is ignored at times.

Looking at my connections log, I currently have three "Root" / "Misc" connections that are at external AWS DNS addresses.

How do I block these? or are they something related to remove services - like the ios app?

Thanks for your help

    Do you use ReadyCloud?

ReadyCloud is making those connections - if you disable it, then they will disappear.

So don't try to block them.
