Thanks mdgm. Hmm.. What is the procedure to get Disk 4 re-added to the array? It was definitely part of the array at one time, as I had upgraded all the drives one-by-one, and disk 4 was not the last one. Or is the drive bad? I've already had one DoA WD RED drive which was causing the entire NAS to hang-up at 28% re-sync over-and-over again. It was replaced, and everything was good for a few weeks until this happened.
