Unprotected/Not-Redundant but all drives green/OK #23600013

Support checked the logs and concludes that:
"The md0 (OS Partition), md2, and md3(data)do not include disk 4 and md1 (SWAP), does not include disk 2. "
But they want $150 before escalating to level 3 support. I don't think I would go that route especially since the ReadyNAS itself got itself into this weird state. Why should I need to pay someone to fix it? Is there anything I can read and learn to attack this issue myself? I just finished backing-up everything so I can tolerate some risk, and have the option to completely reset everything and start over.
