Unresponsive NAS

Recently, in the afternoons I am unable to access my ReadyNAS over the network - it seems to happen between 3 and 5 pm.  I have checked the scheduled back up times and there is no conflict.  I am not sure what else to check

    Hi jburd1183,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    I suggest that you install RAIDar in your PC to see if it's in your network. If not, manually reboot the unit and see how it goes. Also, tell us which ReadyNAS model you have and the firmware installed in it.
