update RSYNC...
Becouse of so many problems with RSYNC 3.0.8 from 4.2.17 & up, I suggest to update it to a new version like 3.0.9 to make a progress. NEWS for rsync 3.0.9 (23 Sep 2011) Protocol: 30 (unchanged) ...
There are still issues with the current public beta (not with Rsync, I think). It'll be released when it's ready and not before. One would think rushing a release before it's ready (which they don't do) at this time of the year would be the worst possible time to do so as lots of Jedi would take some time off for Christmas. One would think that if it's not ready by early next week it'd be a bit late to be pushing out an update before Christmas.
