Updating to newest firmware and no longer can connect
HELP! I updated my ReadyNAS to the newest firmware. The system rebooted and now I can not find it. Raidar cannot find it either. I unplugged the unit and still nothing. I have tried to ping it as well and still nothing. All the lights are on. I have data on the drives, so a hard reset I don't think would be good. Any ideas on how I can get back operational?
Thanks!

Try installing RAIDar on a PC and see if that gives you more information. https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads

Does RAIDar see the NAS if you boot it without drives installed? Knowing that will help diagnose whether it's an issue with a volume on the drives or if USB recovery may be needed.
Also, was this just an incremental update, or a big jump? There are some jumps that must be avoided on the ARM NAS.
