Upgrade from NV+ to Pro 4 (RNDP4000)
To whom it may concern, I have an existing ReadyNAS NV+ (Sparc machine) that has served me well for about 4 years. However, when we moved, proximity to the ocean air in Hawaii has begun to take it...

Well. . .finally took the jump.
Bought the Pro 4 and 4x2TB HDDs (off the HCL, of course).
Configuration was actually quite easy. . .no more than 20 min. with standard user shares.
Then I installed the egnyte OLC add-on for cloud backup/share purposes. Did not go smoothly. 2 Hours on tech support, and the guy finally told me he couldn't help me any further because I wouldn't let him SSH into the box. Jeez. I'm not voiding the warranty 1 day in. I did manage to figure this out on my own, however. A complete uninstall of the add-on, followed by a manual removal of the share, and then a reset let me start over.
However, since I'm trying to get the most out of this, and I want EVERYTHING backed up to the cloud, I'm moving my media onto the Shared folder in the ELC share. Unfortunately, I can't seem to set the readyDLNA service to use a folder inside the ELC share. Has anyone else run into this?
