I upgraded the memory on my Readynas ultra 6 to 2gb.
When i check the istat all the memory appears there however i cant figure out what inactive memory is? and why its over 1gb? while free memory is roughly 100mb. Check my attached screenshot.

- Active memory — This is memory that is actively being used.
- Inactive memory — This memory is no longer being used and has been cached to disk. It’ll remain in RAM until another application needs the space.
- Free memory — This memory is not being used.
