User Access vs. User Group Access to Shares
Hi All,
Several folders on our ReadyNas have 'File Access' in the respective tab set to a Folder Group (which is Users).
When I uncheck this and tick the individual users I want to grant access to (as I have in the 'Network Access' tab) this is not granted to them and states they do not have permission to access, why would this be the case?
Also if network access is limited to specified users in the Network Access tab and the file access is set to the folder group, will only the specified users have access to the folders in effect?

My general advice is to leave the file access tab set to allow everyone access, and only use the network tab to manage access.
