Vista Gadget
Hi, Thought it would be a useful feature to have a gadget for vista display bar to display the spec's (Fan speed,temp,HDD...) of NV+ So kinda like the yahoo widget. Anyone like the idea?
Not exactly a Vista gadget but this is a nice little desktop view of your NAS.

Word to the wise, I had to run it using a direct point to my NAS IP otherwise it wouldn't locate the NAS. Even with it pointed to the NAS IP, it still can take several minutes after opening to locate the NAS. From there on screen updating can be set for shorter intervals and seems to work OK. Every so often it will lose comm with the NAS and I have to close and re-open. Its also crashed on me a few times and closed itself.
A few things I'd like to see added to this tool:
1) pop up on alert
2) ability to set NAS IP in the app window or through .ini
3) Faster NAS acquisition
4) Notification if comm is lost with NAS
5) minimize to tray option
