have you setup ALERTS in Frontview? RAIDIATOR seems to be very informative with emails about pending trouble.

Not sure about the responses suggesting the Yahoo widget doesn't run on W7 - I am running it (v1.2) on W7 Ultimate 64 bit and it works well.

Yes, the Yahoo gadgets *could* work - but I'd rather keep my system simple - and not have to run the overhead of Yahoo Gadgets IN ADDITION to W7 Gadgets... just to get ReadyNAS compatibility.

Since i usually have screens open and don't want any of those covered by gadgets, I would really like to see a taskbar-toolbar (or whatever they are called) for my ReadyNAS. Just a few icons/words (temp/load/traffic/used diskspace or so) which can be placed next to the icons next to the clock (so not among those icons).

Right now I've got a network monitor and the iTunes toolbar there and there's plenty of space left for a few more things :)
