Warning: V+12 voltage in enclosure Internal is out of spec. (10.77 V).
Hello, I have a ReadyNAS 314. I started getting the voltage warning persistently. Online serach indicated need for firmware update. I updated to Firmware V 6.6.1 and the system rebooted in the update...
If you purchased new, then you are still covered by the hardware warranty (5 years). I suggest you contact support at my.netgear.com.
Note that if you purchased between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016 you also have lifetime chat support, so that might be a good way to begin.
Thank you. I contacted chat support and they asked me for system logs and said they'll get back in 48-72 hrs. Hopefully it will lead to quick resolution.
