What version of RAIDiator are you running?
Can you confirm you have the v2 by reading this article: How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2
If you have the v1 this would explain the issue as drives larger than 2TB are incompatible with the v1.
