I updated the firmware on the NAS it self but I will need to check what version of RAIDiator (which is the software on the PC right?)
When I look underneath on the serial number sticker it says RND2110v2 but as per the picture from your link the back looks more like the Duo v1. I will need to follow up on that but I would tend to follow the serial number - do you disagree?
