WD Caviar Green 2.5 tb compability?

The production Duo v2 will definitely say v2 on the lower right corner of the drive access door. RAIDiator 4.1.x on the v1 has the traditional orange and blue screens RAIDiator 5.3.x on the v2 has grey/black color scheme screens.
RAIDar is the program that runs on the PC to discover any and all ReadyNAS units on the network. Frontview is the interface between RAIDiator (the NAS operating system) so you can make changes.
The stickers on the bottom with v1, v2 and v3 all refer to minor hardware changes on the original Duo (v1). Since you have such a sticker, you probably have the original Duo (v1).
If you open RAIDar, in the far right information column (has an icon of a big blue circle with an i in it) when there are no alerts, it displays the version of RAIDiator on your system. It probably state 4.1.8 or 4.1.9 which indicates you have a Duo (v1).
