WD Red 2Gb Drive (WD20EFRX) compatibility with NV+ v1
Does anyone know whether the new WD Red 2Gb drive (WD20EFRX) is compatible with the old NV+ v1? I see the 1Gb model (WD10EFRX) and well as the old 2Gb WD2EARX listed in the hardware compatibility l...
Some of them might be 5-year, mine was 3 years when I purchased (and has expired).
Netgear can/will deny support if you go off the HCL, but if the warranty is expired that doesn't really matter much. The WD20EFRX is a better choice than most of the drives on the list (assuming you can actually find them).
