I would like to know this as well. i got the readynas 4 ultra+ and have purchased 2 of these models: WD20EARX-00PASB0 but the NAS just says ERR: Could not mount root raid d.
I also have a 2tb seagate : ST2000DM001 which cant work either pls help.
damn should never have bought these discs on discount just before the thailand flood :( they dont even seem to work with the nas -.-
