As per the firmware you have indicated which is RAIDiator v4.1.14, the NAS that you have is a ReadyNAS Duo v1. Kindly read this link: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how ... -or-nv-v2/
ReadyNAS Duo v1 does NOT support 3TB drives. It only supports up to 2TB disks. Please refer to this link: http://www.readynas.com/app/hcl_disk
