zamboni. The 4200 is a 12-bay rackmount NAS. Your consumer drives are completely inappropriate for the 4200. They would fail and fail fast. Only enterprise disks with rotational vibration safeguard are appropriate for use in the 4200. The compatibility list for the 4200 provides a list of drives to choose from.
