What to replace ReadyNAS NV+ v1 with
Hi All, So my NV+ v1 just had the PSU go boom... when I searched on the forums it seems there is a work around by re-wiring anATC Power Supply, but not sure I'm up for this, and it is an opportunit...

Were you using X-RAID or Flex-RAID?
If you buy a new NAS e.g. RN314, you could contact support to discuss options for attempting to backup your data. We do have a procedure that can be used to backup the data e.g. to a USB disk. Then do a factory reset and restore the data from backup.
If you go down this route it is important not to insert the old disks into the NAS until prompted to by support.
