Why can't I use 2TB in my ReadyNAS Duo?

It this right? nothing I can do to make it 2TB? if so, this really sucks. I can see from this forum that I am not the only one confused by the labeling (i.e. thinking ReadyNAS Duo RND2110 V2 is a Duo V2).
