WINDOWS 10 - ReadyNAS Remote not connecting
I have windows 10. I bought a pre owned duo v2. I have 2 seagate 2tb drives. The drive is installed and I can browse the drives via netgear dash board. I just need to know if I can access the drive via remote or cloud. I can't register it because it was previously registered. I am a novice and just need to know can I use the drive off site? What simple instructions do I use to accomplish this goal? I read the threads and it seems like I can't with windows 10.
Thank you for the fast response, and thank you for the solution!

There's no issue with Windows 10.
-ReadyCloud is out. That only works with OS 6 NAS, and your NV+ v2 is OS-5.
-You should be able to use Remote, there is a win10 download here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20684/~/readynas-downloads?cid=wmt_netgear_organic You'll need to create an account ( https://remote.readynas.com/ )
