Bittorrent autolinker
This script allows you to automatically send torrent links to your Readynas, it will also show the status of the torrents that your readynas is tracking.

Remember to remove your old copy of the script before getting the new one. You can do that via the GreaseMonkey Manager

- Ability to completely hide the status bar, via right click.
- Torrents are sortable, via right click.

- Now works with Safari and other non Firefox browsers that support user scripts. Just set the location of your readynas in the script file(var RNBTserver = "";).
- UI improvments
Updated 6-13-08
- Now supports Firefox 3.
- Added a style for when the manager is trying to connect to the torrent server.
Updated
- I have changed the way torrents are processed, the script will no longer direct you to the Readynas BT Manager, instead it uses ajax to just send the command.
- I have also added a download monitor to the script. At the bottom of any webpage that you visit a little status bar will be added showing you the status of your downloads. When you mouseover the item it will expand to show the details and give you the ability to start/stop and remove the torrent.

- Xan1AspirantI think the problem with autolinker has to do with incompatibilities with other mods or acting up with the language of the browser.
I got adblock plus and it's a swedish installation of firefox.
Anyone else using adblock plus might be getting these issues, havent tried yet to pinpoint the fault - scepAspirant

Confirmed on two different computers with greasemonkey and this script.
Try scrolling the site with and without this script active and you'll notice stutter.
Its actually an issue with how firefox displays the bar at the bottom. Its using a css command called position fixed. it seems that when this is used in firefox it just runs a little slower when scrolling. - gmahoneyAspirantHi, I have not been able to get this script to work for Demonoid.
It says Torrent Added, but nothing is added.
I have tried copying the Demonoid URL directly into the bittorrent page as well, and that also doesn't work.
I assume this is because the url is actually just a redirect to the torrent file. But since it sounds like other people are getting this to work, I wonder if I am doing something wrong? - paullyAspirantHi, can somebody confirm if this works correctly with safari version 4? i have installed greasekit, followed by the script, however the torrents do not copy to my nv, only locally to my computer.
thanks - arnstarnAspirantI am wondering the same thing as the last users post... has anyone gotten this to work with safari 4? I have not been able to make it work with safari or snow leopard. It sucks because it is such an amazing plugin. It works great on Firefox but I safari just works so great in leopard/snow leopard. Any chance of getting this to work?
- markdibleyAspirantHello
I don't think anyone has mentioned using the autolinker on Chrome.
I have tried to get the autolinker working on Chrome, first by downloading Greasemetal (which doesn't work) and then by installing the autolinker as an extension (as Chrome appears to support userscripts without greasemonkey/metal).
The script installs fine, but there doesn't appear to be any functionality (links aren't highlighted, nothing added to the right-click menu, torrent files still associated with uTorrent).
Does anyone know if this script will work on Chrome or is it possible to make it work with some modifications?
Thanks :-) - TeamYankeeAspirantHI there,
Excellent script.. but I do have a request if possible ?
Is it possible for to get a right click "send to NAS" selection... so I can send any link to the NAS ?
That will resolve some issues with the redirects etc..
At the moment when I click a php link it offers to download the torrent and does not send it to the nas.
Any ideas ? FF3 with latest greasemonkey and script. - martinb1AspirantI can't unfortunatly get this to work. Would really have been great to use it. I can see the cute monkey in my right corner, but can't open the BT download monitor netiher can I see any status bars... Feels lika Iäm missing something fundamental here... Thankful for any input!
Regards,
Martin - martinb1AspirantAfter a restart I can open the dowload manager from the Grease Monkey, but no status is visible and no torrents are added. At to bottom a can show status bar, but it is empty.... What am I missing..?
