Hi all,
i installed the add on cloud file server to use ad user and outside of the company user.
If i want to manage the cloud service i get an error:
Local Cloud Error
Sorry, an error occurred
Please contact technical support.
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
(OR) You may go back to Office Local Cloud Home.
What i did wrong, why it is not working like it should? I just setup the NAS, nothing else. Do i have to setup something before i wnat to use cloud service?

Try a different browser using the following URL to open the OLC settings page: http://ipaddressofNAS:8806
See if that works.
