Recently tried to switch on Photos for my NV+ and I wouldn't even get my login registration done, until I found this... No back e-mails from the customer service, no nothing...
So you guys effectively stop the service for the older machines to force us spend serious extra $$$ to keep up with the software upgrade ? This is so hugely F^%$D UP that I'd bother to login and share my rage here.
Why wouldn't you let the people use the old service ? OR come up with some kind of solution BEFORE you launch Photos II and cut our balls off ? Unless you're prepared to to buy-out my old machine of course...
I got my NV+ with Photos working, as part of the package, and I claim it to work now ! Otherwise send my money back.
You've delivered a strong disrespect message to all your customers worldwide, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
