Ok, I just tested with my Windows 7 box against my Duo. I found a problem that may be causing your issues: After installing an add-on FrontView tries to start up that add-on immediately. When there's no iSCSI file available this will leave a stray iSCSI daemon process running which doesn't let itself get killed using the normal start/stop scripts. If that's the case, this running daemon instance effectively blocks any subsequent run of the iSCSI target software.
The solution is to either use "ps ax" to look for and manually kill the stray ietd process or to shutdown and restart the ReadyNAS. Afterwards everything should be working as expected. At least my Win7 box connects fine to the iSCSI target I created on my ReadyNAS Duo.
