iSCSI Issues ReadyNAS duo
Hi guys, I have iSCSI issues and I am hoping someone can help - basically I am having the same problem as AlanP - last post in this thread. (I have posted here because it seemed more approriate) ...
This isn't my experience. Having followed all of the instructions and successfully got a iSCSI drive configured and operating, if I do a 'ps ax' on the SSH command line I see a single [istd] task and a number of [istiod1] tasks. The Windows client interface still shows the paypal information but no config button or notification of the configuration.
Perhaps this is a change between the old and new installations as I am using RAIDiator 4.1.7 [1.00a043]?
Can I suggest a little more detail in regards to using 'vi' to edit the ietd.conf file would be very helpful for us newbies to Linux :)
Other than that, thank you for the add-on and I will certainly be forwarding some funds via PayPal.
